01.

Conventional Loans

A conventional home loan is a 30 years fixed rate mortgage that has a steady rate and a steady monthly payment without balloons or adjustable rates, ever. Once any other factor comes into the equation, it is no longer considered to be conventional. Conventional means it goes by Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac.

02.

HELOC

A HELOC is a Home Equity Line of Credit, this is an Open-Ended loan where you have a cap on the amount of equity thats in your own and credit that debt as you go by spending it whatever you need to, then once the debt is created, it becomes like a second mortgage to you, with your property acting as the collateral.

03.

Reverse Mortgages

in order t qualify for a reverse mortgage the youngest member on the mortgage note must be over the age of 62. This scenario mans your mortgage company no pays you. Whether its to get through a difficult situation or to help with finances, your loan is good for up to 65% of value in equity in the home.

04.

Jumbo Loans

A jumbo loan, also known as a jumbo mortgage, is a type of financing that exceeds the limits set by the Federal Housing Finance Agency (FHFA). Unlike conventional mortgages, a jumbo loan is not eligible to be purchased, guaranteed, or securitized by Fannie Mae or Freddie Mac.
